Prospect Place Rail Garden
This space opens on schedule and features the old rails of what once was the Brooklyn, Flatbush and Coney Island Railway in 1887. Perhaps planting beds could be mounted on wheels over the old rails and pushed to find the best sunlight spot. Explanatory drawing coming soon.
